Return Window

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns for opened or used items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of wellness and supplement products, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened.
